Thanks to an integrated light sensor, your lights only turn on when needed. You can easily adjust the light sensitivity in the Philips Hue app, so the motion sensor is only activated when you need that extra bit of light. The motion sensor saves energy by automatically turning off the lights in rooms that are not being used. If no motion is detected, the lights dim before automatically turning off after a set time.

Automatic motion detection
Connect the Philips Hue motion sensor to your Philips Hue bridge via the Philips Hue app. Your Philips Hue lights will then automatically turn on when you enter a room. Perfect for your bathroom, hallway, basement, or garage. In the app, you can specify which scene or light setting should activate when motion is detected. When no more motion is detected, the lights will automatically turn off.
