The Circle Home Plus (2nd generation) is the successor to the Circle with Disney (1st generation). With Circle Home Plus you manage the internet use of the whole family. By connecting the Circle Home Plus to your home WiFi network, you gain control over all devices that are connected to it. Think of smartphones, tablets, laptops, TVs, PlayStations, and so on.
Filters (basic feature)
Some content is not meant for little eyes. Fortunately, there are filters that ensure that children do not get to see that content. You can block per website or app, but also per category. Think for example of the app store, explicit content, gaming and social media. There are already four pre-programmed filters in the app, based on different age categories.
Time limits (premium feature)
Via the free Circle Parental Controls app for iOS and Android you can set time limits for each family member. You can also determine which apps and websites they are and are not allowed to see. Circle Home Plus works with, among others, Facebook, Instagram, FaceTime, and many more.
For example, you can set that your child may play games for 1 hour per day and spend half an hour on Facebook. You can even set the total time online per day.
Bedtime (premium feature)
Set a bedtime and wake-up time per person in the app via the Circle Home Plus. During that period there is no internet access on the devices linked to that person.
Internet pause (premium feature)
With one press of the pause button you pause the entire internet in the house. Ideal during dinner, when it is time for homework or for some quality time with the family! You can also schedule fixed times when the internet is not available for all family members. Circle Home Plus has no impact on smart thermostats, smoke detectors, lighting or other smart home devices, so they simply continue to do their work.
